Jim Ralph Jr.
2nd Generation in concrete. He started coming to work with his dad (jim Ralph Sr.) at a young age. worked several years for different companies doing different forms of concrete construction. In 1988 started working for himself and created concrete man years later Jim Ralph Sr. started working with him and did for several years.
Justin Goins
3rd generation in concrete. Started coming to work with his uncle (jim Ralph Jr.) and his grandfather (Jim Ralph Sr.) very young. Has continued to make his career in concrete construction
